I. General

➠ Please write understandably
[I'm not asking for perfect spelling or grammar, just readable]➠ You may NOT claim my work as your own work➠ You're not allowed to sell the drawing in anyway. NFT's are absolutely NOT allowed.➠ I have the right to decline a commission request if it's too detailed, the concept/pose/idea makes me feel uncomfortable or I'm unable to draw it.➠ I work with finished character designs, not a description. If you want to order a design commission & then an illustration you may let me know in advance.➠ I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned work: posting for my own promotion, references, speed paints or displaying in my portfolios/artbooks. If you want your work to be private, please discuss beforehand.

II. Payments

➠ Payment is always in full and upfront. I do not accept payment plans➠ Payment is almost always via paypal (USD). You may discuss other payment methods with me.➠ There are no refunds; you commissioned me, you will get the art.

III. Process & Updates

➠ Commissioner will receive a draft sketch for approval. Updates will be provided when the art has had significant changes for further approval.➠ Do not nag for updates, I will send them when I do.➠ Art will be completed usually within 1 WEEK TO 4 WEEKS. If there is a delay the commissioner will be informed immediately.

IV. End Results

➠ Up to 2 minor changes within 48 hours of the final art piece being sent.➠ If you want more changes, or request changes past the time it will result in fees. I will not accept to "tweak" a drawing over a week after the final product.➠ It is your responsibility to save the commission after receiving the final commission for up to a week, as I may not have it saved in the future. Any lost files afterword's are the responsibility of the customer and therefore won't be refunded.
